TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
👾 By confirming your commission, you are accepting the terms of service detailed in this text (therefore, by not applying to these will force me to ban you from future commissions).
👾 If I take some time to respond, please consider my time-zone (currently UTC -3) may be different to yours.
👾 Please send clean references of your character with ideas for the pose you want.
I will only accept uncolored drawings with an attached color palette and location of each color.
👾 When the sketch is done you are entitled to a maximum of 2 free corrections, any other change will be subject to an extra fee.
👾 Once the lineart work begins, there will be no more changes made to the drawing itself, so please use your corrections wisely before.

👾 By commissioning you are giving me permission to post my work on my social networks. If you do not wish your commissions to be publicly available, please let me know before.
PAYMENTS
👾 Payment can be done by PAYPAL or bank transfer (only available for Chile).
i. Payments can be fully done (100%) initially.
ii. Payments can be done in 2 steps (50% initially, and 50% once the sketch phase is complete)
👾 For the PAYPAL payment method, please DO NOT include any reference to NSFW terms in any form on the payment description, you WILL be banned if you do this.
👾 Your commission will be added to the queue once payment is confirmed.

👾 When your commission is ready there will be no refunds (subject to evaluation in a case-by-case basis)
QUEUES AND WAITING TIMES
👾 Waiting times will depend on how many customers are before you, and how fast I can confirm your payment.
👾 In case there are people in the queue before you, I will notify you accordingly.
👾 Average completion times range from 1 - 3 weeks depending on the complexity. Highly detailed commissions may take more time.

👾 Por favor envÃa referencias claras del personaje y alguna idea para la pose, solo aceptaré dibujos sin color, con una paleta de colores adjunta y detalles de la ubicación de cada color.
👾 Realizado el sketch tienes derecho a 2 cambios gratis, cualquier otro cambio tendrá un cargo extra.
👾 Una vez que el lineart comience no habrá cambios asà que por favor usa las correcciones sabiamente.

👾 Al comisionarme estarás de acuerdo en darme el permiso para publicar el trabajo en mis redes sociales, si no deseas que se publique tu comisión por favor házmelo saber con anterioridad.
PAGOS
👾 Los pagos se realizan vÃa PAYPAL o transferencia bancaria (solo disponible para Chile).
👾 Los pagos se pueden realizar de la siguiente manera:
â—˜ 100% inicial: El pago se hace de forma completa.
â—˜ 50% inicial: El 50% restante se paga al completar el sketch, para continuar el trabajo.
👾 Para pagos hechos en PAYPAL, por favor NO incluyas ninguna referencia a términos o palabras NSFW en la descripción del pago, serás baneado si haces esto.
👾 El trabajo se agregará a la lista de espera una vez confirmado el pago.

👾 Realizada la comisión no habrá reembolsos, en caso de solicitarlo, este se hará parcialmente.
TIEMPO DE ESPERA
👾 El tiempo de entrega dependerá de la lista de espera y de la confirmación del pago.
👾 En caso de tener trabajos pendientes siempre te lo haré saber, considera también que cada comisión es diferente.
👾 Los tiempos de entrega promedio son de aproximadamente 1 - 3 semanas, para las ilustraciones detalladas el tiempo de entrega puede aumentar.
